Principles of order fulfillment
Get to know the process of order fulfillment
Making an order:
- The customer places an order in writing:
- to the address: biuro@jelimex.com.pl
- with the use of the contact form or with the Quote basket functionality at jelimex.com.pl website
- The order is sent to the supplier.
- The supplier informs about availability for the requested date.
- The customer receives a written order confirmation (net prices in euro)
for a specific week of delivery. - The customer should accept / verify the order confirmation in writing.
- The confirmed and accepted order is not subject to cancellation.
The order fulfillment consists of:
Plant production time
When planning the order, the plant production time that is given should be taken into account in weeks and varies by species. This time is presented in offers (in the absence of information on the production time in the price list, please send the request).
Surplus stock*
Plants on surplus lists are available at the time of publishing while stocks last.
* In order to receive from us inventory lists on an ongoing basis, you must agree to the storage and processing of personal data in order to add you to the customer base and enter to our mailing list.
Minimum order
Minimum order quantities apply by suppliers and logistical issues. The conditions for the size of the order are different for individual groups of the assortment (in order to find out about them, please contact us). If the order does not exceed the minimum order ammount, it will be put on a collective list and fulfilled as soon as possible.
Payments
Payments must be made by bank transfer within 7 days from the date of issuing the invoice. We set the terms of payment for new customers individually. The prices quoted in the offer are net prices in euro - loco Jelimex (Poznań). Prices are converted into PLN at the foreign currency sell rate by Santander Bank Polska S.A. from the day preceding the invoice issue date. It is possible to issue an invoice and pay in EURO.
Collection of young plants
The young plants can be picked up in person at the headquarters of the Jelimex - Obornica 10 company, in Jelonek near Poznań. At the request, cost and responsibility of the customer, it is possible to deliver the goods by courier. In the case of very large orders, there is a possibility of individual arrangements.
Complaint
Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of transport pickup of the young plants. Please make photographic documentation.

Plant seedlings are living material, the emergence of which depends on
variout factors. Due to the specifics of the horticultural industry, you should bear in mind that the following may occur:
- insufficient number of emergence (fewer young plants per pallet);
- slow plant emergence / poor growth (delivery at a later date);
- no emergence/disease (cancellation of delivery/proposal of a different date).
